01 Create Your Account
Create your C2 Body profile with your:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Preferred home studio
Be sure to
opt in to email notifications
so you receive important studio updates and time-sensitive scheduling information.
Once your account is created, you’ll be able to book classes at any C2 Body location.
02 Choose an Intro Offer
Start with one of our introductory experiences designed to build a strong foundation.
- Intro 5-Class Pack: Explore Reformer Pilates, TRX Pilates, Barre, Mat Pilates, and Yoga classes.
- Intro Fast Track: Begin with 2 private sessions followed by 1 group class for personalized guidance and support.
Intro offers are valid for 60 days at all three studio locations. Classes vary by location.
03 Book Your First Class
Reserve your first class directly through our online schedule or mobile app.
- New to Reformer Pilates? Start with Beginner Reformer Pilates to learn the equipment, Pilates principles, and proper form in a supportive small-group setting.
- Purchased a Fast Track or Private? Be sure to opt in to email notifications so you receive the scheduling form.
Manage reservations, cancellations, and class credits directly through the C2 Body app.
HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR FIRST VISIT
- Arrive 5–10 minutes early to check in
- No late entry once class begins
- No cell phones and no filming in studios
- Bring grip socks (Reformer), clean studio sneakers (Barre/TRX), yoga mat (Yoga/Sound Bath)
- Mats are provided for Mat Pilates
- Prenatal or managing an injury? Consider Private Sessions.
