Since 1999, C2 Body has helped Greater Boston clients move, restore, strengthen, and connect through Reformer Pilates, TRX Pilates, Barre, Infrared Mat Pilates & Infrared Yoga. With studios in Dedham, Milton, and Walpole, we make Pilates accessible to all levels because we believe Reformer Pilates can benefit every body. We’re also a Merrithew® Licensed Training Center, offering instructor training programs in South Windsor, Connecticut.

FIVE STEPS TO GET STARTED WITH C2 BODY

STEP 1: 


 Browse Our Schedule & Intro Offers
  • Explore the Dedham, Milton, and Walpole schedules to find a class that matches your goals and availability.

  • Then, check out our introductory offers if you're new to C2 Body.

  • If you're unsure where to start OR run into any issues adding an offer to your cart, simply email info@c2body.com. We're happy to help!

STEP 2:

Create An Account & Choose Your Intro Offer
  • Click here to create your C2 Body account.

  • For group classes, add the introductory offer, drop-in class, group membership, or class package that works best for you to your cart.

  • For private sessions, add the private pack option that best interests you (or reach out for our recommendations) and email info@c2body.com with the following information:
  • Your preferred studio location (Dedham, Milton, or Walpole)
  • Your general availability (preferred days and time blocks over the next 2 weeks — we’re open 7 days a week)
  • Whether you've tried Reformer Pilates before
  • Any injuries or physical concerns
  • Your fitness goals

  • We’ll follow up to match you with the right instructor and session type.

STEP 3:

Book Your First Class or Session
  • Once your account is set up and your pass or membership is added, you’re ready to book your first class or session.

  • Please review our cancellation policies to avoid losing a credit:
  • Group Classes: Cancel at least 12 hours before class
  • Private, Duet, & Trio Sessions: Cancel at least 24 hours in advance
  • Sauna Sessions: Cancel at least 2 hours in advance

  • If you haven’t already reached out about a private session, email info@c2body.com   and we’ll help you get scheduled.

STEP 4:

Download Our Mobile App
  • Download our iOS or Android app to easily book, reschedule, and cancel classes as well as view your membership and class credit details on the go. You can also check in to your class via the app once you're at the studio. Turn on email notifications within the app to receive studio updates.

STEP 5:

Prepare For Your Class / Session

Check out our FAQ page for more info about our studio locations, policies, parking, classes, and more! A few quick reminders:

  • If you're taking a Reformer Pilates class, grippy socks are required for safety and hygiene reasons. If you don't have any on hand, they're available for purchase in-studio.
  • If you're taking a Barre or TRX class, please bring studio sneakers (sneakers not worn outside).
  • If you're taking a Mat Pilates or Yoga class, please bring a yoga mat.
  • Please aim to arrive at least 10 minutes early so you can find parking, check in on the iPad (required), and settle in. Late arrivals will not be permitted.
  • No cell phone use during class. For emergencies, please step outside the classroom. Selfies are welcome before/after class. 
  • No heavy fragrances or perfume due to potential allergies or sensitivities.

EQUIPMENT & FLOOR Classes Defined

EQUIPMENT classes include Reformer Pilates and TRX Pilates, using specialized equipment to enhance your workout with resistance and support.

FLOOR classes include Barre, Infrared Mat Pilates, and Infrared Yoga, focusing on bodyweight exercises and movement on a mat or in a standing position.

A Flexible, Pay-As-You-Go Option

A drop-in class is a flexible, pay-as-you-go option with no long-term commitment. Whether you're new and exploring or just visiting, drop-in classes let you book on your schedule.

  • $43 - Drop-In Class - EQUIPMENT: Use on any REFORMER Pilates or TRX Pilates class
  • $27 - Drop-In Class - FLOOR: Use on any Barre, Mat Pilates, or Yoga class
