From College Art Class to Co-Founders

Life is easier when someone has your back—always nudging you forward.


We met in a college art class, and from there, ignited a friendship that felt as natural as breathing. It was like continuing a conversation we’d been having for years—an unspoken understanding that made us feel as though we had always known each other.


A Shared Vision for Pilates & Wellness

Some things take time and study to understand. Others feel instinctive from the start. Our friendship was the missing piece that brought everything into focus. From that bond, we co-founded our Pilates business — merging years of experience and shared purpose into something stronger than either of us could have created alone.


We combined our knowledge of movement and Pilates education to develop our Pilates and barre programs, establish a licensed training center, and grow a community across three studio locations — each one rooted in personalized, functional movement.


A Mindful, Personalized Approach to Strength & Posture

Our work isn’t about going through the motions or pushing the body to extremes — that’s what modern culture does. We focus on a mindful, sustainable approach centered on posture and alignment. The muscles of the pelvis, spine, torso, and shoulder girdle form the foundation of the body, and we help clients build strength from that foundation up.


Through Pilates, barre, and yoga, we guide clients toward a deeper connection with their body, breath, and movement. These practices offer an athletic challenge — but also a counterbalance to sedentary work, task overload, and chronic injury. They’re a form of preparation — because when life inevitably shifts, it’s our connection to ourselves, our bodies, and our communities that keeps us grounded.


The way we move, breathe, and love — these are daily decisions, often made unconsciously. We believe in choosing the practices that sustain you.


Moving Through Life, Together

We’ve lived parallel lives—studied together, worked together, summered together. After graduation, we even lived together. Our engagements were three weeks apart, our weddings five months. We came to Pilates for different reasons, but the impact was the same.


Careers flourished, children were born, and when we both faced unimaginable loss, we traveled through grief side by side.  Through it all, we kept showing up — for each other, and for the communities we’ve built.


From teaching classes and training instructors to leading international wellness retreats — in places like the Azores, Spain, Greece, Morocco, Italy, and Croatia — we’ve always believed that movement is what connects us.


Creating Space for You to Thrive

Over the years, we’ve come to understand: life is made up of moments — some joyful, some deeply challenging — but it’s how we move through them, with intention and connection, that defines us.


At C2 Body, we create space for you to reconnect with your own body and your own journey, just as we’ve done for each other. Because when you have the right foundation, you can weather any storm and emerge stronger than before.
