Founded over 25 years ago by CC and Carolyn, our studio has earned a reputation for transforming lives through Pilates, Barre, and Yoga. With locations just outside of the Boston area— Dedham, Milton, and Walpole—we’re here to help you find balance in your wellness journey.

HOW TO GET STARTED

  • 1. Browse Our Class Schedule

    Explore our Dedham, Milton, and Walpole studio schedules to find a class that matches your goals and availability.

  • 2. Create an Account & Choose Your Intro Offer

    Sign up on our website and select the intro offer that works best for you. If you book an intro offer with a private training session, please email info@c2body.com with your preferred studio location, available dates and times, and we'll get that scheduled for you!

  • 3. Book Your First Class

    Reserve your spot in a class and be mindful of the studio's cancellation policy:

    • Group Classes: Please cancel at least 12 hours in advance
    • Private & Duet Sessions: Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance
  • 4. Download Our App for Easy Scheduling

    Manage your bookings on the go by downloading our iOS or Android app. Turn on email and text notifications within the app to receive class updates and reminders.

  • 5. Prepare for Class & Review the Studio Policies

    • Wear comfortable workout attire.
    • If you're taking a Reformer Pilates class, grippy socks are required. If you don't have any on hand, they're available for purchase in-studio.
    • If you're taking a Barre class, please bring studio sneakers (sneakers not worn outside) or grippy socks.
    • If you're taking an infrared heated mat pilates or yoga class, please bring a yoga mat. Barefeet allowed.
    • Please aim to arrive at least 10 minutes early so you can find parking (if applicable), check in on the iPad (required), find your spot, and settle in. 
    • No cell phone use DURING the class. For emergencies, please step outside the classroom. Selfies are always welcome before/after class.  
    • No heavy fragrances or perfume due to potential allergies/sensitivities.
