Join us for an unforgettable retreat on the enchanting island of Sicily, based in the historic city of Syracuse. This immersive experience blends culture, cuisine, and exploration for a truly transformative getaway. Hop aboard an Ape Car for a guided tour of Syracuse, discovering its stunning architectural gems and indulging in its famous street food. Sip world-class wines at the renowned Pupillo winery, then embark on an adventure to the majestic Mount Etna and the ancient town of Taormina, home to a stunning Greek Roman theater.
Your journey continues with a hands-on Sicilian cooking class at a local farm, where you'll learn to create authentic regional dishes. Explore the baroque splendor of Noto, and cap off the retreat with a farewell dinner featuring traditional Sicilian cuisine.

Itinerary
Day 1: Welcome to Sicily!
Arrive at Catania Airport, where you’ll be greeted and privately transferred to the beautiful Minareto Resort in the Syracuse region. Upon arrival, check into your luxurious room or apartment and take some time to unwind by the pool or on the resort’s private beach.
Day 2: Syracuse Discovery with Boat Tour in Ortigia
Start your day with a rejuvenating wellness activity, followed by a leisurely breakfast. Later, join your English-speaking guide for an exciting 5-hour exploration of Syracuse! Your adventure begins with a visit to Sicily's most significant archaeological site, where you’ll uncover the ancient history of this remarkable region.
Day 3: Sicilian Winery Experience
Begin your day with a morning wellness activity, followed by a relaxed breakfast at the resort. Later, meet your English-speaking driver and journey to the historic Pupillo Winery, founded in 1908 and nestled in the fertile valley of Feudo della Targia. This winery is renowned for its picturesque surroundings, including the ancient Friederich Castle, and its efforts to revive the once-lost Moscato di Siracusa wine, led by Nino Pupillo over the past two decades.
Day 4: Mount Etna and Taormina Exploration
Start your morning with an early breakfast before embarking on an unforgettable full-day excursion to two of Sicily's most iconic destinations: Mount Etna and Taormina.
Day 5: Sicilian Cooking Class and Noto Discovery
Start your day with an early morning wellness activity followed by a delicious buffet breakfast at the resort. Later in the morning, transfer to the picturesque farm, La Corte del Sole, for an authentic Sicilian cooking class.
Day 6: Day at Leisure
Begin your day with a refreshing wellness activity, followed by a delightful buffet breakfast at the hotel.
Day 7: Arrivederci!
Enjoy a hearty buffet breakfast at the hotel to start your final day. After breakfast, check out and prepare for your journey home.
